On the 1st of every month the schedule will release over at @bookwaxaholic in the stories. The specific time of release will be posted in my bio as it might vary month to month. Dates & Times are posted and you will book via DM with the following info:

• Phone Number 
• Email
• Service(s)
• Date & Time
• NEW GUESTS: Who referred you, How you found me, About Yourself

PAYMENT:

• 100% Due Upon Appointment Approval

WHERE AM I LOCATED:
I am home based in West Boca Raton, FL. I will give you my address the day before your appointment. For reference, I am 4 minutes away from this location: HAMMOCK POINTE ELEMENTARY.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

• Cancelling before the 24 hours window, will result in 50% of your service fee. Which means I will refund you 50% of your payment.
• Cancelling after the 24 hours window, will result in 100% of your service fee. Which means the payment you made when booking will not be refunded.
• No show or Running 10+ minutes Late, 100% service fee. Same as above. Unless I tell you otherwise. Please reach out, I might (not guaranteed) have wiggle room to service you.
• Reschedules are considered Cancellations. A gap in the schedule now needs to be filled and could have been given to someone else who originally needed that slot. Please reach out, we might (not guaranteed) be able to work something out.

Showing up to your appointment and deciding you do not want one of the service you booked for, is considered a same day cancellation. This will result in 100% of your service fee. You will not be refunded for the service you have cancelled.

NO GUESTS ARE ALLOWED INCLUDING CHILDREN.

IF YOU ARE SICK; NOT FEELING WELL, ALLERGIES, HAVE COVID OR HAVE BEEN AROUND SOMEONE WHO EXPOSED, PLEASE CANCEL.
