NEW CLIENTS will have to send the following information through DM to @waxaholicllc
- who referred you, how you found me, about yourself. You cannot book until this information is sent. Thank you in advance for understanding.
PAYMENT is to be sent immediately after booking on the app or the appointment will be cancelled. Please send a screenshot of your payment through DM to @waxaholicllc

LOCATION
I am home based in West Boca Raton, FL. I will give you my address the day before your appointment. For reference, I am 4 minutes away from this location: HAMMOCK POINTE ELEMENTARY.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
- Cancelling before the 24 hours window, will result in 50% of your service fee. Which means I will refund you 50% of your payment.
- Cancelling after the 24 hours window, will result in 100% of your service fee. Which means the payment you made when booking will not be refunded.
- No show or Running 10+ minutes Late, 100% service fee. Same as above. Unless I tell you otherwise. Please reach out, I might (not guaranteed) have wiggle room to service you.
- Reschedules are considered Cancellations. A gap in the schedule now needs to be filled and could have been given to someone else who originally needed that slot. Please reach out, we might (not guaranteed) be able to work something out.
UNFORTUNATELY NO GUESTS ARE ALLOWED INCLUDING CHILDREN.
